CAST METAL MOULDS
Precise Manufactures moulds for foundries all over Australia. These include quality core box moulds, pattern set moulds, gravity moulds, high, low and counter pressure moulds and all related tooling, jigs, fixtures and checking gauges.

CNC EDM WORK
Precise is equipped with high-end Sodick CNC EDM spark eroding machines. The Sodick brand is synonomous with world leader in EDM technology.
Our AQ75l Gold Series machine is super accurate and produces excellent surface finishes with very low wear. Our largest CNC EDM machine has travels of 850 x 600mm. We specialise in Deep Rib EDM for complex thin rib profiles.
Our machines are programmed to run, day, night and over the weekends, thereby keeping delivery times to a minimum.
Perfect for single or multi impression work into most electrically conductive materials.
